  1. I cannot wait for Venom in Philadelphia!

  2. The first issue of this arc got 3 stars from me. Last issue got 5. Things kinda jumped in fast and I didn’t quite wrap my head around it all in the first issue, but by the second issue I was having a blast. Love the twist on demon possession and the art rules. Keep up the good work, please.

  3. Cullen Bunn has this issue and only this issue to explain something about why Hellstrom is doing this stuff right now. I was intrigued by the Circle of Four ties, but after reading 23 and 24 I have lost faith in his ability to present a fun story. He art not being Tom Fowler or Tony Moore really, and I mean REALLY kills this title. Having a sub par writer is going to get me to drop this book.

  4. This series is sinking pretty quick. Now i gotta deal with Minimum Carnage.
on the fast track to dropping this. Think i’ll get my venom fix in the new Thunderbolts series. its gotta be better than this.

  5. Congratulations Bunn, it only took you 3 issues to make me not care about this title. I wanted you to succeed, I really did, but this has just been to poor to keep reading.

  6. Okay. So this first arc was kinda, well…dumb. The next arc is a manipulative Marvel character push. Bunn kinda got screwed coming out of the gate, eh? I mean that last arc was really getting rid of Remender’s loose ends and playing with the whole exercism of the inner demons paradigm. It’s 5 issues before he even gets to write a story about HIS Venom. We shouldn’t blame him for this. It’s Marvel’s fault.

    • Totally agree. For some reason the hell stuff worked for me in the Circle of Four event. I’m not sure they should have gone back to it so soon. I am interested in the Carnage crossover, but I might finally give up on this title after that.
