   This book is awesome, only just behind hawkeye in terms of quality. But this book is a better representation of all things marvel.

   I’m dropping this for now. I like enough but it seems like there’s a lot of continuity to be up on. Is Remenders X-Force run what I need to buy in trades to really know what’s going on here? I figure I can read those first and get caught up and probably just buy the trades of this also.

     I guess reading the Dark Angel Saga would help with the Apocalypse Twins & how they’ve come about, but you should read Uncanny X-Force anyway because it is soooooooo good!

     Remender’s Uncanny X-Force is worth reading even if you don’t care about getting some background on Uncanny Avengers. It’s great stuff. 🙂

     Thanks for all of the replies. Will definitely heed your advice and get Uncanny X-force. I’m collecting Geoff Johns GL run in trades and was looking for one more book and preferably Marvel so this fits the bill perfectly.

     And to read Uncanny X-force, you need to read Age of Apocalypse, or just wiki it.

   I REALLY! wished I kept this title :/ ! I , really enjoyed the first 3 issued that I picked up! My pull list is ridiculously long and, I definitely should’ve dropped other titles before this one LOL! I guess I’m gonna have to pick this up in trade also!

   As long as these characters stay dead when the Life Seed gets removed I’m cool with everything. This and New Avengers are the real highlights of Marvel NOW for everything Marvel.

      I agree, Cassaday should not be doing the covers! He couldn’t keep up the pace of a monthly book, so Marvel lets him do covers that are average at best?

    This was great! I just love the scale of this book. The cosmic, epic baddies and locales mixed with the grounded, tragic human drama. Remender has found such a brilliant mix here. And Acuna may very well be delivering his best work to date.

    The fact that this comes out monthly makes it all that much sweeter. Sometimes it’s nice to have something to look forward to. I’m already excited for the next issue.

    Really solid issue I totally love the whole foreboding doom that Remender puts his main protagonists through, you just know that it’s only gonna get worse for the whole team!
