  1. With all the good stuff that’s come out in Marvel Now, I hope people don’t forget how great this book has been. I look forward to it every month.

    • Its nice to see the rest of the Marvel U come up to the standard of this book

    • Great point. I never thought of it like that.

    • Although there is a rumor going around that Marvel is considering dropping the Ultimate line completely.

    • I had been one of those people who forgot about this book in the chaos of Marvel NOW launches. I’m really sorry I had. This is a great series. Bendis gets these characters better than almost any other writer gets their own characters. It’s a joy just to listen to the characters converse.

I had forgotten about the #23 Spider-Man No More teaser but you can really see the seeds planted for that here.

Oh, and @TheAgeingYoungRebel, Bendis addressed that rumor on Twitter and basically said it was a ridiculous, baseless rumor. Of course, he could be lying. But I hope not for this and Ultimate X-Men.

    • I hope Ultimate Spidey is around forever

  2. This art and story is just super compelling. I never thought I’d be reading two Spider-man books.

  3. My pick of the week. compelling story, great fleshed out characters. The pacing is just so, not rushed but not dull at all. Finally the art is just so gorgeous. All the art, the colours are amazing too. (Did you spot the limey U)

  4. an amazing slow burn filled with great interactions and dialogue between well thought out characters.
Pichelli’s pencils look sharper by the issue. a real delight to behold.
