  1. I don’t know why i have so much faith in Titans and Teen Titans getting better, but I do… If anything, they’ve just been going downhill since I jumped on a year ago.

  2. @Slockhart: yeah I totally agree. Here’s hoping that things turn around for the Titans universe.

  3. Ahh the new thunderbolts

  4. I never liked the new Atom…..but now I find myself missing himself already. Great issue!!!

  5. If this is a sign of things to come, then I’m glad I’ve had faith in the Titans universe making a comeback.  This was a great comic.

  6. Avatar photo Arrrggghhh (@Arrrggghhh) says:

Wow! I gave up on Titans as soon as McKeever got on-board and I’m not familiar with Wallace’s writing  — but I thought this was a solid read. It’s also a meaty book and the pacing was very well thought out. The moment with the girlfriend was a great touch. I know the Titan books are tarnished, but this is a fantastic one-N-done and seems to be a great jumping point for the Titans’ books.

This took me totally by surprise . . . and because of that I made this my POTW.

  7. I thought the writing on this was way too sparse.  Didn’t need to be a 5 dollar 56 page book.

And kind of forced.  Slade would say something, and then all of a sudden the villain was on board with his team.  But it was okay overall.

  8. I got my birthday wish! Ryan Choi dead!

  9. I read this at the shop–terrible, terrible issue. They killed off a character with a lot of potential for the sole purpose of pushing an awkwardly written mess that looks like what happens when you take Secret Six and take out everything that’s good and interesting.

  10. I was very impressed with this issue.  I felt the death was  a little rushed, but I’m still looking to pick up the next issue.
