   I’ve been curious about this book, but I’m hesitant to buy it until I know what kind of tone it has.  Is it something like Lockjaw and the Pet Avengers, where its all ages, or is it something more aimed toward kids but some adults like it?

   @Slockhart: It’s definitely aimed more towards kids than LOCKJAW & THE PET AVENGERS is. It’s typically either a collection of 3-5 page stories, or one, bigger 10-15 page story and then 2 or 3 smaller stories thrown in. I’d recommend checking it out, as it’s really very great and there’s tons of stuff for adults to enjoy. It’s definitely more youth oriented than a lot of the kids books on the market right now, though.

   If you enjoy LOCKJAW & THE PET AVENGERS and are thinking of dipping your toes into this, I’d recommend checking out THE INCREDIBLES: FAMILY MATTERS. The whole BOOM! KIDS line has been fantastic, but THE INCREDIBLES is really the stand-out, especially if you’re looking for something more "all-ages" than a "kids book". CARS: THE ROOKIE is also quite good, but it’s aimed moreso toward the younger crowd.
