Last issue was….well it wasn’t good.
Hoping this issue, along with the news of Phil Noto coming in to do art this year, will turn this around.
Phil Noto?
That might get me back on board.
Maybe…
I’m simply loving this. Some characters who don’t take shit from anybody just out to kick some ass.
I’m trying to like this book but I don’t like Steve Dillon’s artwork at all. It’s ruining the book for me.
im with you ive liked dillon on other stuff but for some reason just does not work on this book…im giving it to #5 to keep me going
This book has a lot of potential with the characters. I’m not sure where Daniel Way is going with the Leader? I want to know what Mercy is about?
Steve Dillon’s art is more suited for independent/alternative books rather than superheros. Phil Noto’s run starts with Issue #7. XD
Oh dear, and Jeff Parkers run so awesome. Now we are stuck with this shite, Noto will lift it a little, but the writing really is the big problem here.
I loved when Rulk had his book written by Jeff Parker. Maybe Marvel will have him take over this book? Finger’s crossed.
I’m dropping this book right away. The artwork is flat and boring with little expression.
