  1. No one is interested in Marcos Martin’s intrepretation of Stan Lee’s writing?  I realize the cover looks like the beginning of Sesame Street, but Martin is awesome, and Stan might still be able to pull a Spidey story out of his ass…

  2. @Peteparker  Most people who would be interested already read/own this story. It was a back up in Amazing Spider-Man.

  3. I only read the first couple of these because I dropped ASM before it finished.  I enjoyed the ones I read.  I think this’ll be a fun one-shot.

This is the kind of comic that’s released just for me. I’m not regularly buying ASM because I don’t want to get sucked into another series, but I still like the character so I’ll buy the occasional one-shot, even if it’s just a collection of back-ups printed together. It worked on me for that What If? Venom Deadpool story and it worked on me with this issue. I’m rather looking forward to reading this.

  5. @Peteparker  I am. I love Marcos Martin’s work. He’s quickly become one of my favorite artists and since coming across his work for the first time, I’ve gone out in search of comics I initially had no interest in just because he was the artist on them. I’m actually really excited for this.

  6. @conor  Ah, that’s what I get for dipping out on ASM for two years…

  7. OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS.

  8. Its cool to see all these in one volume… The page layouts are really creative, each one is really different.  Its amazing what these two guys fit onto one page.  Stan’s still got it 🙂
