  1. Interesting concept but it feels like JMS is gonna go THE BOYS route when it comes to the fall this kid is about to have. Still excited on giving it a shot though.

    This was just….awful. JMS trying to be like Ennis when it comes to depravity and it does not work. This feels more like a farce and yet he is being serious with this story. The art by Mandrake was also really rough and spotty in a bunch of places. Unlike Ten Grand, there is nothing here to keep me willing to go from here.

  6. I liked it, although the male characters definitely were similar in appearance.

  7. I liked it, but it didn’t blow me away – I’ll check out at least the next two issues, though.

  8. I liked this the first time better, you know, Brat Pack by Rick Veitch.
