  1. This is my pick of the week regardless of how good it is, seeing as it’s the only thing I’m getting this week.
That doesn’t mean that it’s allowed to suck, though!

    • A Man named after Venom is not picking up Venom?

    • Oh wow, just realized how odd that is. But yeah, I’m not getting Venom. I ended up dropping the title once Remender left. Bunn’s Monsters of Evil concept didn’t interest me, and since my budgets kinda small, I’ll have to be getting my Venom fix here in Secret Avengers.

    • I am giving Bunn a chance, Remender made me fall in love with Flash as a character but if Bunn disappoints then I will drop it and pick up a new book in the Marvel Now. I can get that but is it just me or does the way Remender writes Flash in Secrets completely different then his Flash in Venom?

    • Hm. I didn’t notice it until you brought it up, but they do seem different, don’t they? Weird.

  2. Double Venom in one week between this and Flash’s book. Stoked.

  3. Yep, this was good. Didn’t really expect the twist near the end, which is always nice. Taskmaster’s use of Firebrand was pretty funny, too. Looking forward to seeing where this will go. 5 stars.

  4. This is the issue I have been waiting for since Remender took over, when it all comes together and you say, “Wow, that was really awesome.”

  5. I demand that Taskmaster be this awesome in every other book he appears in. Make it happen Marvel!
