I wonder if this is double sized because Marvel wanted to get this storyline over as quick as possible? Cause it probably would’ve been another issue if not for this. Considering how Gischler has plotted a by the numbers plot; he’s going to have to do something big to win me over for the finale.

I’ve never read Punisher. What is the difference between the Punisher titles?
@HailScott: The MAX line gets away with much more violence, cursing, and other adult themes. So if you read 616 Punisher and thought:
"I wanted to see that guy’s head explode in a shower of blood" Then this is your Punisher.
@HailScott- also, MAX Punisher operates under the idea that Frank has been operating as a vigilante for over 30 years. He started shortly after he came back from Vietnam and has aged accordingly. This universe also has no powered heroes or villains, or at least, we’ve never seen any. The only other major Marvel U character seen in a MAX Punisher book is Nick Fury.
616 Punisher is just Punisher in the Marvel Universe. His timeline is theoretically worked into the overall idea of everything happening within the last 10-12 years since the FF started. Who knows what war he was in in 616 continuity.
Bad issue! Really bad and rushed finale for Gischler and Parlov. I’d avoid this at all costs.
it wasn’t that bad. a little rushed maybe, but there is much worse out right now.
I am so ready for Aaron to be on this book. The last few arcs have been good stuff, but I think Aaron is going do a kick-ass job.

Not the greatest story idea ever. Pretty straight forward and run-by-numbers. But the dialoge was great. And, i repeat myself, Goran Parlov is awesome.
