  1. I wonder if the mask murderer is going to target the Prankster?

  2. It may seem odd, but this has settled at the top of my stack as my favorite bat-book. It just seems to have so much heart and more freedom than some of the other titles.

  3. Will Conrad is taking over on art and I’m not sure how I feel about that. He’s going to be a big difference from Booth which might hurt the tone of the story. If he took over for Eddy Barrows initially it would probably make more sense.

    We’ll see.

  4. This is my second favourite Bat-Book at the moment behind Snyder’s, with Talon coming third. Can’t wait to see where this arc goes, really annoyed that we’re not getting an issue in October because of Villain’s Month.

  5. Wow this was bad.

I mean Higgins did a good job but considering the last couple of months this has been the weakest story wise to date. But the art by Will Conrad….man that was stiff and way too digital looking. He kind of starts to redeem himself at the end with some double page spreads. Overall though this looks more Mike Deodato Jr-like and not in a good way, Hopefully this improves next month cause I don’t wanna drop this just because of the art.

    2/5

  6. I’m probably in the minority here but I can’t stand Brett Booths faces. I do think that Booth is very good at Nightwings movements though.

  7. I loved the conversation between Grayson and his roommate at the restaurant. “You work in computers so you can do anything with computers right?” I’m a programmer and I hear that all the time. “Your a programmer so you can fix computers right?” No, it’s totally different, drives me crazy.
