  1. Surprised how much I liked last issue, especially considering it contained new New Mutants (it did contain lowercase new mutants, however). Hopefully we can get an updated Hellions vs. New Mutants vibe and not just a indistinct mutant power bad guy of the day mess. Go Zeb!

  2. Oh the last few pages of the last issue was amazing!  I am a big reader of the old 80s X-Men stuff, even though I was 6 then, but man!  Inferno totally paid off.

  3. I’m not hating that cover

  4. If you liked 80’s new mutants stuff, then I think you will like this

  5. This is my favorite X-book running right now. Wells and Kirk are knocking this out of the park. These New Mutants are not kids anymore. Inferno was the first thing I ever read as a kid and I am loving how Wells has taken what happened back then and is running with it. Looking like Sam and Co. are handling things quite well on their own. the "X-babies" don’t need the X-men to bail them out anymore.

  6. I think Wells is really starting to nail allthe characters. When he started I think he only had the DaCosta/Guthrie banter down, but now he seems to have figure out the rest. And this arc is really fun and well paced. I am not sure yet on the explosion of anonymous limbo mutants. That could be a mess. But otherwise I am impressed now. Each issue gets better.
