  1. Levitz better hook me quick. I’ve enjoyed the first 2 issues but neither blew me away so If the next few issues don’t either, this may be a quick drop.

  2. @glwarm76 I have to disagree. I thought the second issue was totally bad ass!

  3. I’ve been loving this. Solid art, and some classic storytelling. This book fills a niche that others aren’t for me right now, and I’m on board. Adventure’s been good so far too.

  4. As long as it feels like a giant unexplored universe that Mr. Levitz is taking me on a fun tour of, I will probably be on board. Not so sure about Adventure. Maybe if the Atom stories are awesome…

  5. Honestly, this series has that Scifi action/adventure fun that GL had before Black Night, and I’m starting to look forward to this more than GL month to month.

  6. @360Logic: Same here. I liked GL more when it didn’t feel quite so tied into the rest of the DCU. Making Blackest Night this huge DC epic was great at the time, but with Brightest Day going on, GL’s lost a little magic.

  7. I thought issue 2 was better than 1. It’s going to take some time for Levitz to build this series to the point where it is amazing. He’s working with a newbie artist (who’s good, but not not in category of 70s Cockrum or 80s Giffen). I think by the end of the first arc, we’ll have a better idea what to make of the return of the classic Legion.

  8. I love the fact that these are 30 pagers.  I wonder how long before the page count goes to 22, but the price stays the same.
