I love Ryan Ottley and Robert Kirkman, but man this is the big war that all 70+ issues have been leading up to and you go basically 2 months without a book shipping in the middle of that event. Total momentum killer.
@mrmister: I have a feeling that this story is just getting started and the last couple of issues have only set the stage for the shit-storm that’s coming.

Gotta love a book where things can actually happen! When I pick up an issue on Invincible, I’m worried about who’s gonna make it out, and that’s a great time.

I hope Nolan doesn’t die soon, but I can see it happening. What’s the deal with the skull? That was peculiar.
Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Nolan ends up dying in the war, I hope not but it would make sense. This was a great issue and now that Mark & company are back in the fight I have a feeling the rest of the issues are going to be nuts.
@wayne I think the skull was the previous king who the chair of the confederation of planets killed when he rebelled. I may be wrong.
Zack is such the alien macdaddy, ‘she’ had some big gazongas too! Don’t know about that face though.
Glad this book is as advertised as "the best superhero comic book in the universe!" Never want it to end.
