This story so far has been pretty cool, I wasn’t reading this before Casey and Fox started, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I really dig the artwork by Fox, his wild style is perfect for the insanity of the books subject matter and characters. Last issue’s focus on Still Harvey Tubman was sweet, but I’m looking forward to the return of the main storyline this month.
It’s too bad that apparently no one else–well 89 people– is pulling this, cause you guys are missing out on a fuckin wild-ass book. Evil zealot-filled churches, with insect-monster hordes, and goddam fire golems! The mind of Joe Casey combined with Nathan Fox’s pencils is too much fun for only 90 pulls.
