    Despite the solicit, I’m pretty sure Brad Walker’s doing this issue.

    Also, does anyone else think that the line-up from Annihilation Conquest: Star-Lord was the best "Guardians of the Galaxy" team so far? Groot, Bug, Rocket, Star-Lord, Mantis, and Captain Universe was a great roster!

    Still have my fingers crossed that Pelletier will be returning to the title after he gets a breather from his outstanding WoK work.  That being said, I’d much rather read a book with Walker art than Craig.

    I hate Pelletier’s art, I find it ugly. Sure Walker’s kicking major ass, but Graig was perfect in Texas Chainsaw massacre(with DnA) and I think in a short while you’re all gonna like him and forget Pelletier’s boring art. But Walker’s the fucking master and I think him teaming up with Graig will be awesome!

    I’m so goddamn pump for Realm of kings. Can’t wait. The art team will be wicked awesome: Manco, Kev Walker, Raimondi, Brad Walker/Wes Graig and Di Vito. Just can’t fucking wait!

    The best GotG line-up would be Cosmo, Warlock, Groot, Rocket and Major Victory.

    @rockingeek-Peletier’s art is anything but "boring."  The last issue of War of Kings is proof of that.

    If what I thought happened at the end of this issue actually happened, then holy crap!  This issue has it all!  BTW: Walker’s art is great as usual!

    What exactly happened to him at the end?  I know that he has been doing that periodically for a while, but I don’t know much about Adam Warlock, so is this new thing something that has appeared before somewhere else?

    Still, an awesome book.  It always delivers

    I can only hope that since we’re dealing with a weird hole in space/time that some of what happened didn’t happen.

    I actually liked everything that happened except Gamora dying.  I think the real Warlock is still in the caccoon at the church, and Martyr was getting really annoying.

    My favorite part of the issues was the interaction between Groot and Maximus!  Although ‘I am Groot’ is still pretty funny, I like the idea that he’s capable of more than that (at least for Maximus)…

    Without a doubt one of the best issues of this series I’ve read. In a week of multiple 5-star comics (including this one), I’d put this just a hair behind Batman and Robin as my POTW. I have no idea who/what Adam Magus is, but I guess a search on Wikipedia should fix that.

    Why wasn’t this PICK OF THE WEEK!  THIS WAS MUCH BETTER THAN BATMAN AND ROBIN!  Magus is the evil version of Adam Warlock!

    Thank god they finally killed Phylla. Of all the characters she’s by far the most annoying. At least before she was ignorable but recently this "new attitude" (with no specific reason attached) had proved otherwise. Good on you Abnett&Lanning.

    @Tomdpimo: It’s Conor and he’s a Batfan. I’ve been buying this issue over priority of all the DC stuff (including the event: BN) since the copies never really sell out at my shop, I can always show up around Saturday and still pick up a Fresh Copy, where as GG is GONE on Thursday morning.

    Some of War of Kings has gotten off track, but not this title. If the interaction between Groot and Max didn’t make you laugh out loud, nothing will. I want Max’s explanation of the tree guy’s vocabulary to be TRUE.
