  1. I heard this was extened into an ongoing…anybody know for sure? I’m looking forward to this regardless.

  2. Yes, it is now an ongoing series. New arc starting in October!

  3. Big fan of the last issue, excited to see where it goes from here.

  4. Definitely drop us a line with your thoughts, we love hearing what readers think (good or bad!)

  5. @kurtisjwiebe  I loved issue #1 and #2 was really good as well. Think I may need to go back and refresh but I love the atmosphere and mystery of the book.

  6. I picked up 1-3 today at the local shop. Looking forward to trying to figure out what this is about!

  7. Read 1-3 last night. This is very good. Glad we got some answers, or at least hints, as to what is going on. I still have a lot of questions about it, so I’ll be back for #4. Really well written dialogue with a good mystery. The art is different but it’s growing one me, and it really fits the feel of the book.

If you like Dark City, Silent Hill, Midnight Nation (a favorite of mine), or Steve Niles’ Cal McDonald books, you’ll probably like this as well. It has similarities to each of those, but it’s original enough that it’s really its own thing.

  8. @kennyg  I like the Dark City comparison. Haven’t seen Midnight Nation (sounds interesting). This series also reminds me a David Lynch a little.

Regrettably I didn’t get to it last night, but I’m reading this one straight away when I get home from work.

  9. @kennyg  I also felt the Dark City thing. @Funcrusher  And I’d also agree with the Lynch comparison, exceot this is more interesting to me.

  10. @Funcrusher  Midnight Nation is actually a limited comic series by JMS. It’s about a cop who winds up in a shadow world “parallel to our own” where “all the abandoned and forgotten people and things go.” (from Wikipedia article). I thought it was quite good. And hey, it’s available digitally at http://graphicly.com/top-cow/midnight-nation.

P.S. – I was not compensated for that and have no ties to graphicly.com. Just trying to make it easy to read MN!

  11. This hit all the right notes for me. Really loved it. POTW.

@kennyg  Midnight Nation looks awesome. I’d love to get the deluxe edition.

  12. Wow, thanks for all the support and love for our series. Dark City and Twin Peaks were both very inspirational in the development of the series (and, believe it or not, Spirited Away). The next issue has a huge reveal with a real nut punch. I’m pumped to see your reaction to it when it comes out July 6th. Like I said, you can contact both of us on Twitter or join the FB fanpage and we’ll keep you posted on updates and answer any questions you might have.
