I just started reading The Goon with Issue #19.
Good choice man, you should really go back and read the trades, Powells art is pretty skechy in Vol. 0 and 1 but he builds on old issues often.
Already on the Amazon wish list.
More people should be reading this book. I’ve never read a comic I think is at its peak funnier, nor more consistently funny. I almost never laugh out loud when reading, but almost always laugh out loud at an issue of The Goon. And to top it all off Powell’s art is just gorgeous.
