This is something I should wait until NYCC to buy, but man I really want to check it out!
Holy shit. Now THAT is a Season One book I can get behind. Pak and Rios? This should be amazing.
The ideal people to write Doctor Strange would be Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer. Then again, it’s taken them about 3 years to write a season of Venture Bros. so maybe not.
Can’t wait for this one! The Hulk Season One was fantastic and the previews for Doc Strange look awesome!
I’m soooo getting this!
I want to get this, but I just cannot tell what’s going on in the preview. Rios’ style is really sketchy. I think the art is pretty, but really difficult for me to tell what’s going on.
Wong is not Kato, I don’t think this will be for me…:(
So why didn’t this come out in issues? $25 is a bit much for me on a Wednesday, but I think I’m gonna have to splurge this time because it’s Doctor Strange. Books just on him are pretty rare these days.
Because the Season One line was created to be bookstore and new reader friendly original graphic novels. (Just like DC’s Earth One OGNs.)
