Finally, a dark Daredevil book with noir elements!
But…..
I’ve been in the mood for some Daredevil but have no idea what’s what in current continuity. This came out at a perfect time.
I don’t know. I think im gonna see the reaction before i pick up my copy. Money is tight and there are so many other great books out now-a-days.
I think these are PERFECT for trades. I’m curious to see their pricing. Oh wait, I can!
Looks like $15 paperbacks first (with a few months between X-Men and Spidey) followed by $20 HCs. Amazon prices at $10.50 and $13.50 approximately. Decent prices.
I cant wait to see this book. Loving the new dardevil so i’m in the mood for more. I think this will be a great book. We will see.
So it’s Daredevil versus The Kingpin once again after so many years of their ongoing struggle their war was re-newed this comic book is gonna be awesome I just know it.

I don’t read the current ongoing Daredevil book, but I’ve been wanting to, so I thought I’d give this a try. I’m generally not a big noir guy but hey.

Still, I’m a sucker for DD & for dark tales (& Duck Tales) so I’m in.
i can’t wait for marvel’s latest ground breaking imprint! the marvel Superhero Comic Book line should be awesome!!
Nothing against this book, but I just want to point out that the most recent Daredevil ish is the start of a Kingpin arc, so it should be easy enough to pick up (for those mentioning they don’t know if they can jump on the current title).

We’ve gone right to ludicrous speed apparently.
This was the first of the Noir books I’ve enjoyed. I gave it a 4/5, as there were some problems I had with it, but it was great overall. The art style is very interesting and it makes me really want to read the regular on-going Daredevil title. Well done by all, maybe I’ll go back and read the other Noir books in trade.

Meh. This is exactly as expected. I like the art, but not as much as I like Michael Lark, I like the writing, but not as much as I like Ed Brubaker, I like the story, but not as much as the story in the ongoing continuity. This isn’t a bad comic, just unnecessary.
kind of just like a regular reboot of daredevil…
I got sold out I did’nt got a chance to purchase this comic book that really pisses me off. I just hope the war between Matthew Murdock and Wilson Fisk is not that awesome to die for.
