  1. My girl is going to be trilled.

  2. I know John Layman is a renounced Lego fan, and if he got a deal to make Chew Legos, I’d be all over that.

  3. It feels like we’re FINALLY getting into the main story of this series. Not that I’m complaining, cause this series has been a blast without really going in depth with any sense of a big story.

  4. Look at that raccoon in the old-timey west panel. What’s he up too?

Seriously, another amazing issue as always by these two. 34 issues going and not a stinker; mighty impressive. Although I have to stress this issue sadly reinforces why this would never work on Showtime but hopefully another network gives it a shot. I do hope we see more of Tony being a badass in the next issue.

  5. Every time an issue is released, it makes me sad that i’m a trade reader. But i want to enjoy a big chunk of Chew at a time.

    • There’s got to be a pun there; you enjoy it in bigger portions instead of piecemeal, something like that. Just make sue you don’t bite off more than you can chew.
