  1. Is this getting a day-and-date release?

  2. ’bout time this can out!

  3. Some may say “too soon” with the Columbine reference. I will say that I will be disappointed if the book doesn’t contrain the 9/11 of food atrocities somewhere in the next 20 issues.

  4. Yes! astronauts!! It’ll be just like Y: The Last Man, they can have chicken.

  5. Here comes Tony’s sister.

  6. I’m assuming that this will be day and date considering they released all the back issues on the iPad a couple of weeks ago.

  7. @thompsonlive  I hope so.

  8. Finally!

Well I’m not really upset about it being late. This is one of….well probably the only comic I am fine waiting for.

  9. I’m inspired by how high Chew is on the pull list.  Don’t shoot, but I’d wager to say even higher than Walking Dead.  Hurray for indy pubs!

  10. Great as always. Definitely worth the wait.

  11. Good stuff.

  12. Let me qualify this statement by saying that I really do like Chew. It’s clever and original and well-drawn and 10 times better than most of the huckleberry super hero comicbook bullshit that dominates the medium… But… there are too many goddamn cliffhangers for its own good. Other-worldly fire messages, vampires, old man in dilapidated chicken-shack, Tony’s freezer, Tony’s daughter, cosmonauts, googleberries (or whatever the fuck they’re called), a bunch of other shit that I can’t remember. It might just be me and my feeble mind, but I feel like I would enjoy this more in one complete volume instead of issues (or even trades). I have confidence that all will be resolved in satisfactory fashion so I will stop bitching now and continue to buy the issues. 3.5/5.
