   The first issue of this had Catwoman acting like a Catwoman that I really didn’t want anything to do with. However, seeing as how she went through that traumatic event with her friend getting pretty brutally murdered, I’m curious to see if this is going to change her character to the Selina we all know and love.

     Perhaps I’m relying too much on Brubaker’s and Pfeifer’s vision of her, but I always thought of Selina as more…I don’t know…collected and less impulsive than what we’ve seen so far.

     To me, issue one was the shock-jock “welcome to the new 52” issue which showed us what we all figured was happening behind the scenes for years. It got a lot of attention for the new series, which has been REALLY good!

     I assume this issue was changed since the original solicit because even the text still mentions Wayne Manor but it’s not here at all.

     I thought this issue was weak compared to the others but it had a hell of a cliffhanger.

     @stasisbal: This issue was a bit weaker than the prior 3 writing-wise for me, too, but it was still a compelling issue.

     I really love this series.

    Catwoman is a piece of work! This book is fiiled with action and drama in every issue. I gave it a 5 and almost took me by suprise and made me rethink my POW.
