Anybody remember what the last Brubaker issue is gonna be?
I’m glad Remender is taking over for NOW!
Keeping my subscription, because I expect the next volume to be fun as well.
19 will be his last issue, double-bubble next month!
I am just now reading the older Brubaker Captain America I’m on issue 26 right after Cap’s death and I was just wondering when did the series stop being good? It doesn’t seem like anyone’s reading it and you’d think there would be a lot of buzz about the final Brubaker issue.
Pretty much with #35.
After 35 there were two randomly good story arcs, one being the last one in series 5 (I want to say 614-619). The current 1-16 didn’t keep it up and has been pretty poor. Issues 1-25 were the best Captain America issues I’ve read, and I’ve read the last 350.
