    Fear Itself really killed my interest in the Marvel Status Quo (except for things written by Brubaker, Hickman, & Remender basically).

    The description of this book dragged that interest even further down. I think Marvel thinks every story has to be “Character X will tear the Marvel Universe Apart!”

    This is OK but I’m still not sure who Marcus Jones is or why he is so important to the Marvel U but I think I will check out issue #2.

    Yea, we don’t know who Marcus is yet.

    I thought he definitely has potential to be a rad character though. I gave this a 4/5. Sorry to use the cliche, but this issue was “a lot of fun.”
