BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY HC

Tying in with the release of the BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY video game, this special edition collects the entirety of the BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY miniseries including all five digital-first chapters! Combined, this collection bridges the gap between the original smash hit BATMAN: ARKHAM ASYLUM video game and its highly anticipated sequel.

Find out the real motivation behind Mayor Sharp’s plans for the new criminal gulag and how Hugo Strange is pulling the strings behind the scenes.

The short digital stories reveal more about how characters other than Batman react to the rise of the new city-within-a-city.

  1. Who is ready for Arkham City to finally come out? I’m literally only getting this to tide me over for another week until the game finally hits shelves. Otherwise, I would just wait for the trade.

  2. I heard really good things about this. It wasn’t the greatest Batman story ever but apparently it was a pretty damn good tie-in to a video game. Which is rare in comics today. Not surprising since Dini has been doing Batman with his eyes closed for years.

I’m also stoked for Arkham City. I pre-ordered the game and every trailer has been exciting to watch as we get closer.

  3. Us PC-gamers have to wait until November! 🙁

    Damn, I’m a trade-waiter and a PC-gamer. Apparently I love being last for everything.

  4. I read the 5 comics + the 5 digital shorts and it was worth every penny, really good if you enjoyed Arkham Asylum! Though I would recommend it only to the die hard fans of the game as a non gamer would find it just weird and over the top as a concept…
