  1. this should be awesome. the last one was really cool and set up some truly awesome stuff

  2. hey lately, if it says Amazing Spiderman on it, or even Ultimate Spiderman, I’m buying!!  Must be something in the air.

  3. @robbydzwonar   It’s all that dissolved web fluid.

  4. That Wolverine story was really sweet. Which just seems wrong on some level. But I enjoyed it immensely. Well-written, especially well-drawn.

  5. I made it my pick of the week based on that Wolverine/Spidey story alone. Wells continues to surpise me, he brings the heart and the funny. As much as I love Slott heading up Spidey most of the time, I want to see a lot more of Zeb Wells. He just writes damn good spider-man stories.

  6. I never would have guessed that I wouldn’t mind buying specials of a book that already comes out three times a month, but this was worth it. I hope we get to see more of Bachalo drawing Anit-Venom. And I hope we see more Spidey-Wolverine team-ups in the future.

  7. For some reason, Amazing Spider-Man seems to be one of my favorite series lately and it’s not just the fact that the Shocker was been seen more times in the last few months than he has in the last decade. This special shows why. By the looks of  this special, we might be seeing some of the better BND villains again in the main series.

  8. Really solid stories and a great little break from the current storyline.  I’ve been very impressed with Spider-man since One More Day concluded and I only wish that every comic had this kind of focused, dedicated, and creative writing staff.

  9. Am I THE ONLY ONE GETTING SPIDER FATIGUE.

  10. @doddzilla

    yes.

This book was really enjoyable, but I still can’t get over the fact that *no one* in the Marvel U knows who Peter is. There’s just too much history with people knowing who he is, and it makes everything seem like an "Elseworlds" title. They’re all great stories, but the same way that kids know that the Marvel Adventures lines aren’t the "real" ones, these stories won’t seem "real" until the OMD continuity nightmare is cleared up. The good news is that it seems we’re coming up on that.

  11. PAOLO RIVIERA AND MARCOS MARTIN SHOULD DRAW SPIDEY THE NEXT TEN YEARS.

  12. this was a thoroughly enjoyable read. It really is special the bond between Wolverine and Spidey.

  13. Paolo Rivera’s spiderman rocks.
