    Do you mean Carly?  And she doesn’t die because she is going to be Peter’s new girlfriend according to the previews for Big Time…..I wish it was her though.

    I really dug the first four issues of this arc, I have’t read Spider-man since One More Day, and this was a good story to jump onto.  But the scenes with Mary Jane made my stomach turn inside out.  

     And I have a feeling either Menace or Doc Ock are gonna die.

    everytime i read Carly i think Carrie, probably because i’ve never really met anyone named carly. ugh she is a bore, i want peter to date the blond girl from frontline

    @Malecema  Yeah thats what I was thinking.

    @RoiVampire  I don’t think Norah would be good for Peter either, though it would certainly be interesting (and way more interesting than Carly) but I believe she is still dating Randy Robertson anyways.

    @Cubman  I just think it would be cool for peter to date someone in journalism, someone he could talk to about photography or something. he knows Norah’s world so much better than he knows MJ’s or Carly’s

    azacetas not that bad. He is a little rough around the edges, but it makes the world (if not the characters) look so much more real.

    I’m a huge Spider-man fan, but I’m not a fan of Azaceta so I didn’t pick up this arc. I don’t like having gaps, but I don’t want to by art that doesn’t appeal to me.

    it IS rough around the edges… which doesn’t fit with spider-man at all! Spidey is smooth and quick, not clumsy and oafish. The art IMO is terrible, and it in no way reflects spider-man.

    I agree, I don’t hate Azaceta’s art but it really doesn’t work for spidey and I’m counting the issues to Big Time starts.  The art looks much, much better on that.

    The solicit for this book is all kinds of messed up, first of all it gives away the reveal in this issue that Harry is the father, also Harry doesn’t really help Spider-man at all,  and no one dies in this issue….

    This issue was pretty good though, it wrapped up the arc nicely I thought, though there are still a few issues with the art in my opinion.

    There was nothing heartbreaking about it all, really… Maybe they’re trying to suggest Doc Ock doesn’t make it out of his fight with Lizard, but a) that probably isn’t the case, and b)that wouldn’t be heartbreaking, either. Probably the story got changed somehow after the solicit was written.
