In an interview with Empire, actor Stellan Skarsgard revealed that the post-credits sequence in Thor was directed not by Thor director Kenneth Branagh, but by The Avengers director Joss Whedon.
That will have to hold us until next year.

I heard the post-credits scene was supposed to be twice as long, but they cancelled half of it.
Some people may roll their eyes but I could tell it was him when I saw it. I will however admit that the scene was somewhat underwhelming. Still…he’s going to knock it out of the park, I’d bet my house on it.

I have been to Thor twice, the first time the after credit scene was twice as long as the second time I saw it. And the second time it didn’t have the Cosmic Cube.

honestly, im not really excited josh directed a scene in another film. im waiting for the avengers movie and then i’ll have my say on his directing.

Finally saw “Thor” and it was pretty sweet. As for the post-credits sequence, that’s pretty nifty. I didn’t notice but whatever. Any excuse for more Stellan Skarsgard is fine by me.
