‘The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes!’ – S02E24 – “Operation Galactic Storm”

The event that this episode was named after was the most shamefully name comic book event I can think of in the history of comic books. Just disgusting. Anyway, there are only two more episodes to go in the series after this one.

Here’s how “Operation Galactic Storm” is described:

The Kree attempt to create a wormhole connecting our solar system with their galaxy, which will consequently destroy the Sun and all life on Earth – just as Kang the Conqueror predicted. The Avengers and Captain Marvel head into space to stop it, but will they be in time?

I look forward to your thoughts, opinions, gripes, live-blogging, etc.

Comments

  1. Seriously?

They’re doing an episode based on ‘Operation Galactic Storm’? Will the next JLA show have an ‘Atlantis Attacks’ episode?

  2. Or Amazons Attack. Bad stuff…

  3. I guess I’m the only one who likes this show? The episode was good.

  4. I ever read that event. What was so bad about it?

  5. I liked the comic story for the most part it was the name that was gag worthy. Naming a comic story after Operation Desert Storm was strange.

  6. So…it’s like hitchiker’s guide to the galaxy, with the hyperspace bypass?:)

  7. I kind of miss old Pym. I don’t like new jerk Pym, as funny as the shrinking bomb thing was.
