Marvel's newest cartoon, Avengers: Earth's MIghtiest Heroes, debuts on DisneyXD on Wednesday October 20th, and 8:30pm EST / 7:30pm CST. Leading up to the first episode, Marvel is putting out a series of "micro episodes" to whet the pallate.
Here's the first episode, "Iron Man is Born":
This looks like fun. It's clearly meant to recall the movie characters (which makes sense, considering) and seems to be going for the light hearted action genre. As a superhero animation fan I'm really looking forward to this series. From the conversations I've had with people at Marvel it seems that this show is going to be chock full of Marvel characters.

Doesn’t look as strong as some of the recent DC Animated Universe stuff, but I’m still looking forward to it. They seem to have got the voices right.

I liked it. Braniac may need to sue though. That Hydra ship looks like Braniacs ship, except in green of course.

Tony Stark sounds like a combination of Robert Downey Jr and a bad George W. Bush impersonation.
Tony Stark’s dialogue and characterization were excellent! So on for that character. Let’s hope the rest is good.
AI Jarvis really bothers me. is the notion of a butler that antiquated? isn’t there a way to modernize the concept?
I really do not like the animation for this show and so far I am not impressed with the plot I mean yah it is just a micro episode but it just hasn’t caught my attention yet but hopfully that will change because I really what this show to work on a side note though young justice looks great wonderfull animation and from what greg wiseman said in his interviews about the show the plot sounds very interesting
Not a big fan of the team (No Huckeye, WTF!), but we’ll see.
Nice of Iron man to just toss some poor dude’s car to the side like that! Oh well, guess he should have paid attention to those signs by the UN that say "Don’t even THINK about parking here!"
Really digging that they clearly told the voice actor to do his best RDJ impression, and the guy delivered.
And of COURSE they’re going with movie Iron Man (including AI Jarvis). Mainstream fans know nothing BUT movie Iron Man. I mean, how many COMIC BOOK fans read the "Iron Man" comics regularly?
This looks well animated and fun, and what not. Looking forward to it.
But am I the only person who hears more Jack Black in Stark’s voice than RDJ
