CAN OLIVER OUTWIT OR OUTFIGHT THE DARK ARCHER TO SAVE THE CITY? — With the Undertaking days away, Malcolm (guest star John Barrowman) dons his black hood to conclude business with seismologist Dr. Brion Markov (guest star Eric Floyd) and his team. Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Moira (Susanna Thompson) entertain a number of surprise – and mostly unwelcome – visitors. Hooded confrontations at home and the Meryln Global Group reveal dark secrets. Meanwhile, Roy (guest star Colton Haynes) and Thea (Willa Holland) are still looking out for a hero. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) makes a decision after Tommy’s (Colin Donnell) revelation. In a flashback to the island, Oliver, Slade (guest star Manu Bennett) and Shado (guest star Celina Jade) struggle to prevent Fyers (guest star Sebastian Dunn) from shooting a Ferris Air jet out of the sky.

I caught that too… its what I love about Arrow, the easter eggs and trivia references is what keeps me going.
Though, sadly, it also means Geo Force is friggin DEAD in this universe.

I literally screamed, OH SHIT when Fires shot Yow Feh in the face
Yeah, I was not expecting that.
Yep, did the same exact thing.
So did I. Totally unexpected.
Pretty great episode, I love when I settle in for the final part and all of a sudden SHIT JUST HITS THE FAN LIKE A MUTHAFU##ER!!! You all know what I mean. I was gonna ask is Felicity still in love with Oliver or does she just say weird things but after the Star Wars elevator scene I got my answer. What are they gonna do with her anyway?
And then the plane they were supposed to shoot down was from Ferris Air.
Spoiler Alert
You got to love how when Oliver and Laurel decide to hook up they decide to start making out and getting naked in front of a wide open window right as Tommy walks by. Such a tv moment. Laurel needs to invest in curtains or mini blinds.

Unfortunately, no.
Man, this may have been the best episode yet. They are really on a roll as things wind down to the finale. Lots of tension in this one, I liked Ollie, Diggle, and Felicity doing a little Mission: Impossible act to get to the server. Good action too. I was shocked when Yow Feh was shot, didn’t see that coming. Loved how they had Diggle be the hood to get info out of Ollie’s mother – brilliant. Ollie being revealed as the hood to Merlyn and capture sets up a hell of a season finale!
I can’t wait for next week… This series is so good, it’ll be hard to go without it for half a year or something.

Thank god oliver didnt help out that guy in the cave. I wanted to punch him when fires brought them back to the base with him on the air control machine.
I love that this was a caper episode.
I love that Oliver pretty much completely ignores Felicity’s awkward schoolgirl crush on him.
Great episode.
Best guess/prediction: Ollie kills Merlyn Sr., that last straw that turns Tommy into Ollie’s arch-nemesis.
Though, I guess that’s pretty obvious?
Also get a total kick out of Roy Harper ALWAYS wearing his red hoodie sweatshirt. I wonder if there are non-comic book reading Arrow fans who think, “How come that guy never changes clothes?”. lol.
