Creativity will be the hallmark of Peter David and his long standing run on x-factor. As a writer he seems to get to only play with the also rans from the x-universe, yet he writes compelling plot lines and intriguing use and expansion of powers. For example the use of banshee with crowd control and the reality of the person who was not effected. David has easily become one of my favourite writers from Marvel and much like the little heralded Peter Tomasi a name that if on the cover of the comic should be an entertaining read.
