Do it! Do it right now!

Go and read Wonder Woman issues #1 thru #23 right now. Stop reading my lame review and just go read all 23 issues in one sitting – and yes, it’s possible to do it, I did and it was fucking cool as ducklings! ( Haha, I wanted to say “cool as Fuck” but my auto correct on my Kindle Fire replaced it with ducklings. It kinda works though and I think I’ll start dropping ducklings instead of F Bombs!).

I written before here in my reviews about how WW is so far removed from the regular happenings in the NEW 52 universe that it almost feels like a Vertigo series ( I’ve compared it to Preacher as well – all its missing is a character that likes to be anally raped and a kid with a face like an butt). Azzarello has set the bar and given WW a stentorian voice that has all but vaporized past incarnations of the Amazonian Princess. No longer will this character be defined by “PANTS or NO PANTS” ideology.

Thank you DC for letting this team work absolute magic on one of your Holy Trinity. this is a beautiful book to both read and look at – at no time during these 23 months has the art faltered or hindered the story. There’s always been a cohesive singularity binding each issue.

the end result is a concupiscent love letter to the art of storytelling and ultimately, to family.

My Pick of the Week. It duckling fantastic!
