This series has been continually surprising and incredible to watch as it unfolds.  It’s a very simple story line, but has an intriguing twist along with great writing from John and Josh Luna.  I enjoy the idea of a female protagonist and feel that a medium that is so consumed with male superheroes, its good to see some of the ladies stepping it up.  Go team vagina!  I like that she was handicapped and had an average family.  I think its awesome that whenever she’s facing adversity she gets flashbacks of inspiration from times with her family.  I’m not much of a crying man, but there has been a few times that I’ve teared up as a result of seeing how her family stood by her even in her times of despair and helplessness.  This story is thick with moral lessons of enduring and bravery in the face of certain death.  This line will surely be one of my favorite comic lines of all time!
