Only four issues is, it was starting to feel that the book’s main plot: Tim Drake finding Bruce Wayne, was dragging the series down.  What it needed in this issue was a major turn.  Something new to focus on.  And Yost delivered that here.

Left for dead in the last issue, Drake comes to and tries piece together how, when, and why.  Yost manges to really effectively use flashbacks and leaps in time to tell the story, and present us with a new, more focused plot to follow for the next few issues.  And I really like that Yost has decided to employ four issue story arcs, instead of six.

We’re also introduced to a new character with possible ties to the people who hunted down Drake and the assassins in the last issue.  And it looks like it could be bad ass.

Bachs’s artwork gives this series almost a Boom! or Dynamite feel.  And I’m completely okay with that.
