What a mess. As an English major, I felt compelled to pick this up. I will not be doing that again. I was expecting a story about the Bard but instead got another tale about Hamlet, this time mixed with Richard III, witches, and pirates. And William Shakespeare as the villain? Eh.

The art, though, was quite enjoyable. There were a number of impressive pages with engaging panels, emotion-filled faces, and more. But it wasn’t good enough to overcome the story.
