After last month’s issue, I was worried that the shine was off of Irredeemable.  That, perhaps Waid was ready to mire the title in back issue and characters sitting around moping about how they should have done things differently.  Fortunately, this issue brings all the players back to the table, and has them do some bad ass things to move the story forward.

The art looks less rushed, as well.  So, after a month off, this is back to being one of the best superhero books on the shelf.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good

Comments

  1. I’d only put the art at a 3, it’s pretty bad.  I wonder how much better this story would be with world class art, because the story has been every bit that.

  2. The art hasn’t bothered me much, but I haven’t read this newest issue yet so u could still be right.
