This book seems to be a continuation of Flash #12 which I did not read. But I still enjoyed Bart’s characterization. Most of the writing was great, except for the part that I had stopped reading the flash since issue #6 and didn’t know the character at the end of the issue.

The art was left a lot to be desired. It seemed to be rushed and very inconstant. I am sure it’s not he artist’s fault because he probably got the project last minute. Either way, there is no excuse.

Overall I wish I had known more about the Flash and that Manipul had done the interior art.

Story: 4 - Very Good

  1. Having read The Flash #1-12, I was happy to see this pick up where #12 left off. #12 ends suddenly and goes right into Flashpoint, which worked, but it left some things unresolved between Bart and Barry. Kid Flash Lost looks to finish up what The Flash #12 did not. I also agree that the art in this was not that great. I hope issues 2 and 3 step it up.
