This issue proves that Deadpool is the best mercenary around. Though there wasn’t as many guns shooting or grenades exploding as I wanted, there was good writing involoved. This issue focuses more on what the authorities are doing about Evil Deadpool’s recent terroism. There wasn’t near as much forced comdy as there are in other issues, but that is another quality that makes this issue good. Daiel Way had chances to make fum of the British tetraplegic, but he didn’t. He kept her seirous and that was a good move by Daniel Way. Evil Deadpool performs better as well. Not since he kicked the guy off the flying plane after setting him on fire have I felt Evil Deadpool is just as badass as his good counterpart. While reading the Deadpool issues I’ve been thinking to myself that Salva Espin’s art is only appealing to me when it’s a close up. Fortunatly for me most of the panels are close ups. This adds a small amount of confidence that Daniel Way will be able to make a good story throughout Deadpool’s run on through DEAD.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 3 - Good
