I kind of wish Remender would stay on this title. I like his overall approach and even when the dialogue feels off (magic hand), it still at least makes me laugh. Olliffee is no slouch, either. Not that there was anything wrong at all with Jurgens' art, but what really impresses me about the pencils in this issue are that there's still detail on characters found far in the background. Too often, bodies set are a distance look like tiny blobs... but notice here, especially on the page with the Starro-possessed heroes fighting, that people both up front and way out back are given the same care. Unfortunately, there's some problems with the storytelling in the art, especially during the confrontation with Rip and the Starro spores... in which I have no idea exactly what happened. I'm also a little confused about what exactly the Chronos Twins got ("their heart's desire") but I have to assume that will be cleared up down the line. Overall, a little clunky but very enjoyable.
