I went into this squinting with fear because I prepaid for the whole thing (LCS’s promotion)…and, I liked it. I liked being dropped into the middle of something so frakked without any tidy buildups and exposition.

Hitch’s art was spot on about 50% of the time. THe other half it felt a little cramped.

Bendis hit a couple of great notes:
•”a couple of you “heroes” help him up”
• “is that what you call it” [cut to Cap cowering in the corner like that shower scene from Crying Game]

Is it “GREAT”? No, not yet. But a solid 4/4 for me.
