Hmmm…from the panel at WonderCon, it turns out we find out who’s behind this, but NOT who the Black Panther is. I just feel lead on. At least the Who is Superwoman storyline is honest that they’re not telling for a while.
at least all of them are going back down to 2.99. i think i MIGHT stick this out…idk though
I have a feeling it is going to turn out to be someone I dont care about. I am annoyed that they did the misleading thing.
I’d be shocked if it’s anyone but T’Challa’s sister. Hudlin’s been building to that for a while. Building poorly, but still building.
Was T’Challa’s sister a major character during Hudlin’s previous run?
She was a secondary character, but it was a running thread. I just read the issue, and I’m unsurprised by everything. If anything is unexpected, it’s the level of unbadness that the book achieves. It’s still not great, or even very good, as moments of horrible voicing and characterization show up here and there, but overall, Hudlin has taken a huge step forward in this issue as a writer. He really nails Storm’s voice, but falls short with Suri and especially Doom.
