PREVIEW: Life with Archie #16

I love this.

I love this so much.

Anyone who listened to the Pick of the Week Podcast during the whole “Archie Gets Married” knows how much I loved that bizarro look into two possible futures: one where Archie married Betty, and one where he married Veronica. Well, the Life with Archie series has kept those storylines going and some crazy things have happened–Archie and Veronica are now separated in their timeline!

A not so crazy thing is the marriage of Army vets Kevin Keller and Clay Walker… but the crazy thing is that it’s happening in both timelines!

Man, there are all kinds of sublimely wacky things going on at Archie Comics right now. I love it.

“Archie Marries Veronica” – Kevin returns from battle a war hero and the whole gang have assembled to watch him tie the knot! However it’s not wedded bliss for all in attendance as the sting of separation from Veronica continues to pain Archie. Working class couple Reggie and Betty field an offer to star in a reality program showcasing their entrepreneurial nature while Dilton hatches a scheme with Mr. Lodge!
