From what I read in an article, The 2012 “Mayan Apocalypse” is scheduled for Dec. 21, 2012. Though the end of the world is not certain, there are a few things that are certain. The disaster industry and tourism to the Mayan regions of Mexico are going up, which provides a financial benefit.
