December 8, 2009 8:15 am @sonia. how could you leave the glamour of crouch end for california? i'm around the corner next to the harringay ladder. they made a film about the turkish mafia that featured the area but i don't think there's ever going to be a Vertigo/Bullitt made around here!
December 7, 2009 9:28 am watched Spaced when it first came out. as a north londoner, i recognised the scenario. it was great. anyone who likes it should try Green Wing.
November 6, 2009 5:59 am You just brought back the pain of being a kid in grey London of the 70s. I would look at those sea monkeys, x-ray spec ads full of desire. But what was this strange S symbol, cents and most bizarre of all I had to have a zip code (in the UK zip is the thing that helps hold your trousers together)? Some kids were obviously having a lot more fun than me, with faces full of cherry based snacks...not fair!
October 25, 2009 5:24 am Great art from Bisley
October 22, 2009 6:48 am motion comics...what? Sorry, I just fell asleep...
October 10, 2009 6:58 am Any company's dream is to sell you something on the internet that they don't have to distribute. They prefer to sell a virtual thing. But do we consumers always get something better with the advance of technology? I'm not spending money on digital comics because I don't want to be reading comics off a screen. The book is way more versatile and I want to own them as beautiful objects. If it goes completely digital I'm out.
October 3, 2009 3:30 pm forgive the typo, 'faucet', we say 'tap' here in the UK.

I'm selling this new product called Clear Thirst Quencher it doesn't have any taste that might get in the way of quenching your thirst. If you liked water from the forcet then you'll like this it also comes from the forcet; it looks and tastes the same. And my other product is called Motion Comics, moving pictures with synched audio. If you liked bad animation/cartoons well it looks and sounds the same.

Moore is pushing DC for something better. I guess it's better to keep DC on their toes rather than letting them rest on their laurels. Criticism is better at stoking the fire than flattery or complacence.

September 14, 2009 6:21 am @Gabe. I heard an interview with Rucka and even he didn't seem to be wholeheartedly supporting the movie. I feel sorry for him.
