August 4, 2011 11:35 pm I think Fear itself is an ok book but what mike has said, you can just read the main book itself and enjoy it. Which what made me drop Marvel a few years back, I was a college student then and does not have much money to buy comic books so, I thought it was a rip off to buy the different books under a title banner to really appreciate the story. I dont get that with DC, like the previous comments here, you can still enjoy flashpoint and blackest night without buying the other books of the title banner. And with marvel's price of $3.99, I dont think that its such a good idea.
