September 12, 2011 2:16 pm Yeah, I'm intrigued too.

July 18, 2011 9:21 pm I'm planning on going all digital that month forward, so if I like what I see with each book I do buy, then I will be interested in the hardcover.
July 8, 2011 2:35 pm I've been organizing my old comics recently and I found that the X-men (1991) is my longest running series I have. Since I rarely go back and look at this stuff, I decided that I will read through all 250+ issues. While I am pretty sure this will lead to some sort of medical/psychological issue, I am very interested to see how everything holds up and changes throughout the years.
June 18, 2011 11:42 pm Also, it's a character it's not like people are wishing for a real person to remain in a wheelchair. As readers we want our favorite characters to be interesting. To that end, writers place those characters in precarious situations and force them to rise to those occasions. If a character doesn't show change or deal with repurcussions then readers move on. Now I will find myself hoping that they don't tease a barbara gordon paralyzation every other year. It won't live up to expectations.

@LukeB

B is for Bzzt.
June 15, 2011 11:52 pm Got a chance to see the movie tonight at a free sneak preview. I really enjoyed it, although there were a few awkward moments. I won't spoil anything here, but there are some geek moments in there for the readers, and a few things that don't make sense. My wife who isn't a comic reader also enjoyed it but had issues with the same things that I did. The general crowd reaction was good. The people within earshot said things like... "I want a sequel next year!" (that was a kid) and "That was much better than I thought it would be!" (the kid's dad)

I give it a B+ and will see it again.
June 9, 2011 6:44 pm @aboris26  Pretty thorough list, I assume they need some firepower for interactions with other characters and for possible future series.
