November 11, 2010 11:28 am I've often thought that when you boil the Superman mythos down, its main theme is about good parenting. Here is a guy who could crack the earth in two, but he is the paragon of virtue, because out of everyone in the world who could have found him, he was found by Jonathan and Martha Kent and raised properly.

Wonder Woman is amazing in a book called The OMAC Project which leads up to Infinite Crisis. It's not the easiest jump on point for a reader but she blew my mind in that.

Similarly, while it's really a Superman story, WW is a total badass in Kingdom Come.

I love Wonder Woman, so full of love but unarguably a soldier, one that unlike many DC heroes WILL kill if she has to.
