Some may complain the story doesn’t fill the expectations created by the cover. But… the first two issues of X-O Manowar are so fun that it’s difficult to be dissapointed. We begin to see Aric’s family and the motivations behind the vicious race of alien. About the art… man, get this comic right now. There are moments of action, fantasy, emotion and surprise. Valiant made a great move, this book has me waiting for more sci-fi barbarians.
